CAN YOU EXPLAIN THE PRICE CHANGES?
As of 01 February 2022, some of our prices will be changing. Some will be increasing and others will stay the same. Over the last 24 months there has been a steady increase in materials, packaging, manufacturing costs and shipping expenses. We always endeavour to absorb price increases wherever we can, so we can pass savings on to our customers.
However, this is not always sustainable for our business. Given the current state of our economy and because we are committed to providing quality with our ingredients and packaging (sourcing Australian first and always printing and manufacturing in Australia), we have had to implement some price changes that better reflect the true cost to create the product and that will also ensure our business can continue to deliver the range you’ve come to know and love long into the future.
Despite these changes, we would like to assure you that our products still remain the highest quality and most reasonably priced in our respective categories.
Do you offer discounts to wholesalers?
All prices listed on this site reflect the wholesale discount. We also have month specials across our Nutra Organics and Wholefood Pantry ranges. We email these out to all our wholesalers at the start of each month.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We allow 48 hours processing time after receiving payment for our warehouse team to pack your order and arrange shipping. Shipping times will vary depending on carrier and your location but you will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been picked up.
Do you have credit accounts?
We don't offer credit accounts. All orders will require pre-payment prior to your order being packed and shipped.
Why aren't your Collagen Products filled to the top of the tub?
When our collagen products (Collagen Beauty, Collagen Body and Collagen Build) are being mixed and first filled into the tubs, the powder becomes aerated and extremely fluffy and the tub is filled to the top. After a few days, the powder then settles to the point in which you have received it. If we were to put it into smaller tubs they would be overflowing and we would not be able to fill it with the weight of the product specified on the packaging. Please be assured that your full dose of collagen is in there as we sell by weight and not volume.
Are your products safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding?
We are passionate about nourishing every member of the family, so most of our products are pregnancy and breastfeeding friendly, and suitable for kids 12 months and up! Our retail website has a Pregnancy and Breastfeeding Friendly products are listed, you can view them here.
Where do your ingredients come from?
Wherever possible we strive to use Australian grown products. Unfortunately with fruit and vegetable products this is not always possible due to variations in the seasons ie. Mangoes only grow in Queensland during the summer months. There is also the fact that some fruits and vegetables simply aren’t grown in Australia such as our Brazilian supplied Acai. These factors aside we do however go to every effort to ensure that our suppliers are not only ethical but must adhere to our strict certified organic regulations.
Is there a minimum order amount for Wholesale?
Yes, we require a minimum order of $500 for all wholesale orders.
Is your packaging recyclable?
All of our black tubs are 100% BPA free and recyclable. We use these for products such as our Collagen Beauty or Protein Powders for example. However, our pouch packagings that are used for our Superfood Lattes and Bone Broths, for example, are not recyclable and need to be disposed of in a responsible manner in general waste.

Who manufactures your products?
Nutra Organics blended products are all manufactured in Australian facilities. We also employ equal opportunity employees through The Endeavour Foundation and Synergy Group to package our Wholefood Pantry range. We do this to ensure we are doing our part to give back to our community and that all Australians, including those with a permanent disability, have equal opportunities in the workplace.
Where are your products made?
When Nutra Organics started, we relied heavily upon our fellow small businesses to help us grow. We believe in returning the favour by supporting them and ensuring that all of our products are manufactured within a 100km radius of our headquarters in Murwillumbah, NSW. Of course this isn’t always possible when it comes to packaging our goods but we will not leave Australian shores and only go so far as another state when absolutely necessary.
