FAQs
Where is your broth concentrate made & where does it come from?
Our Chicken Bone Broth Concentrate is proudly made in Australia, at our factory in Queensland, less than 200 km from our headquarters. This is the same facility where all our broth powders and beef concentrates are produced. The concentrate consists of two key components: chicken bones sourced from Australian, organic, free-range chickens, and chicken collagen, which is sourced from India.
Why are your Chicken Concentrates orange in colour?
Our Chicken Bone Broth Concentrates have a rich orange colour due to the quality ingredients and manufacturing processes we use. The bones we boil are packed with beneficial nutrients, including amino acids and minerals. Additionally, our Chicken Concentrates contain two premium vegetables, sweet potato and pumpkin, as well as nutritional yeast. These ingredients are carefully blended to create a savoury and wholesome flavour profile, contributing to the final product's orange hue.
Which Broth Concentrate is better?
Our three Broth Concentrates offer the same nutritional benefits. The only difference between them is the flavour profile. If you prefer a more plain concentrate flavour, the Natural Chicken is the way to go. For a more aromatic taste, the Native Herbs will do the trick. And if you want a zesty smokiness and a morning kickstarter, the Lemon & Paprika is your pick!
Which Broth is better: powder or concentrate?
This ultimately comes down to your individual preferences and how you plan to use the broth in your cooking. Both our broth powders and concentrates are versatile and suitable for both drinking and cooking applications. However, our powders offer a delicate flavour profile, while the concentrates provide a richer and more robust taste experience. Whichever option you choose, you can trust that it will boost your nutritional intake, enhance the flavour of your dishes, and provide a satisfying culinary experience.
How do I store my products and how long will it last?
Consume within 6 weeks after opening, refrigeration required. Use a clean & dry spoon each time.
Are they low FODMAP & gluten free?
Only one flavour variety is Low FODMAP: Natural Chicken. The Lemon & Paprika contains garlic, and the Native Herbs contains both garlic and onion, so they are not Low FODMAP. Our recipes do not contain any gluten-containing ingredients.
How much collagen is there per serve?
Our Chicken Concentrates contain approximately 21% collagen peptides in the recipe, which equates to about 2.1 grams of collagen peptides per serve.
